Registered Nurse – General Medical - Tasmania
Location: Northwest Tasmania (Launceston region)
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time | Rotational Shifts | Up to 76 hours per fortnight
Salary Range: $78,179 – $105,995 per annum + 12% Superannuation
Relocation Support: Up to $15,000 (overseas) or $10,000 (interstate)

We are currently seeking an experienced and compassionate Registered Nurse to join a leading hospital in beautiful Northwest Tasmania. This position offers an incredible opportunity to work in a 32-bed general medical ward alongside a supportive multidisciplinary team that values respect, teamwork, and professional growth.
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in strengthening health outcomes by providing safe, high-quality, and clinically appropriate care in partnership with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver patient-centred nursing care in accordance with the NMBA standards, codes, and guidelines.
Collaborate effectively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team to plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.

Utilise strong clinical assessment skills to identify and respond to changes in patient conditions.
Promote professional development and continuous improvement in clinical practice.
About You
Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia (AHPRA) as a Registered Nurse.
Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in an acute or general medical setting (highly regarded). In Australia, you need to be atleast RN 3
Flexible to work across morning, afternoon, and night shifts.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a genuine passion for patient care.
