Duties

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, ensuring clear and courteous communication
Provide accurate information about products, services, or account details
Assist customers with troubleshooting issues or resolving complaints effectively
Document all interactions accurately in the company’s CRM system
Follow up with customers as needed to ensure satisfaction and issue resolution
Collaborate with team members and other departments to address complex customer needs
Adhere to call scripts and quality standards to ensure consistent service delivery
Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor
Strong active listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers’ concerns
Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer proficiency, including familiarity with CRM software and MS Office tools
Previous customer service or call center experience is preferred but not required
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training will be provided as needed
Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings or weekends if necessary

Pay: $25.00-$30.00 per hour
