The Continental Hotel operates with a solid volume of business. We are seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated tradesperson who takes pride in quality workmanship and enjoys working across a variety of projects.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality carpentry work across several company projects. This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to work independently, and a commitment to safety and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general carpentry work including framing, formwork, fit-outs, finishing and repairs
Interpret plans, drawings, and specifications accurately
Measure, cut, and assemble materials to required standards
Maintain tools and equipment in good working order
Ensure all work complies with safety regulations and company standards
Work collaboratively with supervisors
Skills & Experience

· Proven experience in a similar role as a Carpenter

· Ability to work autonomously and within a team environment

· Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship

· Clear verbal communication skills

· Experience working on commercial construction or maintenance sites

· Ability to perform manual work including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods

· Ability to work in varying weather conditions

Salary between $76, 515 and $85,000 per annum plus superannuation.
