Job Description

Part-Time Registered Nurse – Community & Clinical (NDIS)

Location Midland / Perth Metro

Role: Part-Time – 3 Days per Week

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team in a part-time capacity, working across both community settings and our office.

About the Role

This is a dynamic and hands-on role suited to a nurse who is confident, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

You will split your time between:

Supporting participants in the community
Working alongside our office and leadership team
This role requires someone who can think on their feet, use initiative, and apply strong clinical judgement in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Key Responsibilities

Develop, review, and update clinical care plans and support documentation
Provide clinical guidance and training to support workers
Support and mentor Team Leaders with clinical oversight
Liaise with allied health professionals, GPs, and hospital teams
Assist with hospital admissions and discharge planning
Conduct clinical reviews and risk assessments
Complete NDIS-style clinical reports and documentation
Support implementation of best practice in participant care
Key Selection Criteria

Current registration as a Registered Nurse (AHPRA)
Demonstrated experience in the community, disability, or NDIS sector
Strong clinical knowledge and ability to work autonomously
Proven ability to think critically, problem-solve, and take initiative
Experience in:
Continence assessments
Diabetes management
Wound care and skin integrity management
Writing NDIS reports and clinical documentation
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
