About the Role

You’ll be working across reputable aged care facilities providing frontline clinical care, supporting residents’ wellbeing, and maintaining safe, high-quality standards of practice.

This role suits ENs who are reliable, clinically strong, and enjoy building rapport with residents and staff.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality clinical care in accordance with aged care standards
Medication administration & signing
Wound care, catheter care, bowel management
Conducting observations & reporting changes promptly
Supporting RNs and care staff with daily clinical needs
Documenting accurately in facility systems (iCare, LeeCare, AutumnCare etc.)
Upholding infection control, safety, and dignity-of-risk principles
Requirements

Current AHPRA Enrolled Nurse Registration
Minimum 6 months aged care experience
Current National Police Check
Valid First Aid & CPR
Manual Handling & Medication Competency
COVID-19 & Flu vaccinations as required
Strong communication & clinical judgement
Ability to work autonomously and part of a multidisciplinary team
Reliability and a caring, resident-first approach
