Full-Time Waiter/Waitress – Cherratta Lodge, Karratha

Cherratta Lodge is a leading workforce accommodation provider in the Pilbara region, offering high-quality hospitality services to our guests. We are seeking skilled and motivated hospitality professionals to join our team.

We are hiring Waiter/Waitress to deliver exceptional hospitality services, ensuring smooth operations across food service and guest experience. This role is critical to maintaining our high standards of service and supporting our growing operations.

What You’ll Be Doing

§ Set and arrange tables prior to service to ensure a clean and welcoming environment

§ Greet customers upon arrival

§ Serve meals and beverages efficiently and professionally to guests

§ Process payments using point-of-sale machines and cash registers

§ Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the dining area at all times

§ Provide friendly, attentive service to ensure a positive dining experience

§ Handle payments and operate point-of-sale systems

What We’re Looking For

§ Based in Karratha or willing to (relocation supported)

§ Valid Australian residency or eligible for visa sponsorship

§ Flexible, dependable, and efficient under pressure

§ Positive attitude and strong work ethic

§ Experience in food preparation or catering

§ Good communication and customer service skills

§ Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

§ Commitment to workplace health and safety
