About the Role
Prime Nail Studio is looking for a skilled and passionate Senior Nail Technician to join our growing team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality nail treatments and ensuring a premium experience for our clientele.

Duties & Responsibilities

Provide professional nail services, including manicures, pedicures, acrylics, gels, and intricate nail art.
Perform hand and foot massages and other beauty treatments.
Maintain strict salon hygiene and safety standards.
Consult with clients on nail care and recommend retail products.
Provide training or guidance to junior staff (if applicable).
Required Skills & Experience

Minimum of an AQF Certificate III in Nail Technology (or Beauty Services) and at least 1–2 years of relevant work experience.
Proficiency in advanced nail techniques (e.g., e-file, 3D art).
Strong communication skills and a commitment to customer service.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends, evenings and holidays.
Must have a positive attitude, strong work ethic and willingness to learn
Salary & Benefits

Salary: $56,000 - $77,000 per annum (plus 12% superannuation).
