Security Officers / Security Guards / Commercial Cleaners

Biparn Pty Ltd is seeking motivated and reliable Security Officers, Security Guards, and Commercial Cleaners to join our team in Karratha, Western Australia. These are full-time positions offering stable employment and career growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Security Officers / Guards:

Monitor and patrol assigned sites to ensure safety and security
Control access to premises and verify identification
Respond to alarms, incidents, and emergencies
Prepare incident reports and maintain records
Provide customer service to clients and visitors
Commercial Cleaners:

Perform general commercial cleaning (offices, sites, facilities)
Dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and waste disposal
Cleaning of amenities including kitchens and restrooms
Use and maintain cleaning equipment and chemicals safely
Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
Skills and Experience Required:

Relevant qualifications (Security Licence for security roles)
Previous experience in security or commercial cleaning preferred
Strong attention to detail and reliability
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good communication skills
Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends if required
Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
