As an Access Community Health Registered Nurse, you’ll bring essential healthcare directly into people’s homes—shaping personalised support plans, delivering high‑quality clinical care, and guiding our support workers to provide the very best service. Working alongside a connected team of skilled health professionals, you’ll play a vital role in achieving exceptional outcomes for the people we support.
Ngā tohungatanga mō tēnei tūranga | Skills and experience
Registered or enrolled nurse with a current practising certificate.
Experience in long‑term conditions, aged residential care, or medical nursing is welcomed but not essential — we provide support and training.
Strong team player with the ability to build professional relationships within the community.
The ability to plan and organise caseloads effectively, to establish priorities and meet deadlines in a demanding, client focused environment. Ability to self-manage and handle a busy workload.
A current full driver's license is essential.
Digital confidence with using apps and computers
