Casual Clinical Coordinator – Perioperative
Southland Hospital, Casual role available
As and when required
Salary between $54.66 and $58.21 per annum pro rata

About the Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator will assist and work collaboratively with the Charge Nurse Manager in the establishment and promotion of clinical nursing and anaesthetic technician professional standards.

This role ensures effective day to day coordination across shifts and management within the area, working collaboratively with the Charge Nurse Manager. The role is responsible for promoting excellence in clinical practice and ensuring provision of high-quality care.

About you

Our ideal candidate will:

Have extensive experience working in an Outpatient area
Be a Registered Nurse or Anaesthetic Technician
Hold a current annual practicing certificate
Have at least proficient within the PDRP and working toward Expert PDRP
Have strong written and Verbal communication skills
Have strong leadership skills and a high level of interpersonal skills
