Production Manager (Manufacturing)

Refresh Drinks Co. Pty Ltd is a Western Australian beverage manufacturer specialising in cold-pressed juices and functional drinks. We supply a growing network of wholesale, retail, and distribution partners and are expanding our production capacity.
We are seeking a full-time Production Manager (Manufacturing) to plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate manufacturing activities within our production facility. Our goal is to meet demand across the Western Australian market while progressing toward export opportunities in Singapore, Malaysia, and other international markets.
Salary
$76,515 – $80,000 per annum + superannuation

Full-time, permanent (38 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities
Plan, organise, direct, control, and coordinate the production activities of the manufacturing facility
Develop and implement production schedules to meet business demand and delivery timelines
Monitor production output, efficiency, and resource utilisation to optimise performance
Manage and supervise production staff, including training, rostering, and performance oversight
Ensure compliance with food safety, quality assurance, and workplace health and safety standards
Coordinate maintenance and operation of production machinery and equipment
Control inventory levels of raw materials and finished goods in line with production requirements
Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and improve product quality
Maintain production records, reports, and documentation
Skills and Experience
At least 1 year of full-time relevant work experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Strong organisational and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to manage production processes and staff
Experience in food or beverage manufacturing (highly regarded)
Knowledge of quality assurance and workplace safety standards
Ability to work in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
