About the role

We are looking for an Electrical Maintenance & Reliability Technician to support defect elimination and improve asset performance across our Reduction Maintenance operations.

This is a great opportunity for a hands-on and improvement-focused electrical specialist to work in a flexible, fast-paced and improvement-driven environment.

Reporting to the Superintendent – Reduction Maintenance and working in a challenging and exciting environment you will:

Support defect elimination initiatives in collaboration with planned and reactive maintenance teams

Analyse maintenance data to identify opportunities to extend component life and reduce early failures

Facilitate Root Cause Problem Solving for recurring equipment issues

Support PMO delivery to optimise labour, materials and business outcomes

Maintain and update maintenance documentation (CBPs, SPLs, drawings, BOMs and critical tasks)

Support long-term ACRA and capital planning, including contractor engagement and delivery

About you

A commitment to the safety of yourself and your team

Electrical Trade qualification or relevant Engineering qualification

Experience with PLC programming and Variable Speed Drives

Strong problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset

Experience using SAP in a maintenance environment

Experience working with contractors, including HSE and delivery outcomes
