About Us

DMCL Building Solutions is a multi-trade renovation company specializing in high-quality residential and commercial work. We handle projects from start to finish under one contractor, allowing for efficient timelines and consistent, high-end results.

Our work includes:

Demolition, drywall, painting, and finishing
Cabinet installation and general carpentry
Flooring (tile, hardwood, vinyl)
Door and window installations
Finish trim work
Deck construction and exterior work
We are currently expanding and diversifying into commercial fit-ups, creating strong growth opportunities within the company.

Who We’re Looking For

We’re not just hiring a “helper.”We’re looking for someone who wants to learn real skills and grow into a well-rounded contractor.

You don’t need years of experience—but you do need:

Strong work ethic
Reliability (show up on time, every time)
Willingness to learn and take direction
Positive attitude on job sites
Basic tool familiarity (preferred but not required)
Reliable transportation (required – job sites change across Ottawa)
What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work directly alongside an experienced contractor and gain hands-on experience in multiple areas, including:

Demolition and site preparation
Drywall installation and repair
Painting and finishing
Cabinet and fixture installation
Flooring installation (tile, hardwood, vinyl)
Door and window installs
Trim and finishing work
Deck building and exterior projects
Job site organization and cleanup
As your skills improve, you’ll take on more responsibility and more advanced work.

Compensation

$20–$30/hour (based on experience and attitude)
