Job Description

Front Office & Food & Beverage All Rounder (Evening Shifts)

This is a true all-rounder role where you’ll be at the centre of the guest experience, working across both Front Office and Food & Beverage - primarily on evening shifts.

Key responsibilities include:

Welcoming guests and managing efficient check-in and check-out processes
Delivering exceptional guest service and creating memorable experiences
Providing food & beverage service, including waitressing duties
Responding to guest requests and resolving issues proactively
Coordinating with housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth operations
Maintaining accurate guest accounts and handling transactions
Recognising and engaging with loyalty guests
Upholding hotel security procedures and guest confidentiality
Assisting with “surprise & delight” moments to enhance the guest experience

Qualifications

We’re looking for someone who is energetic, reliable, and genuinely passionate about hospitality.

To be successful in this role, you will have:

A friendly, outgoing personality with strong customer service skills
The ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and organisational skills
A proactive approach to problem-solving
Essential requirements:

Current WA Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA)
Unlimited working rights in Australia
Availability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
Desirable:

Previous experience in a similar role
Experience using a Property Management System (Opera Cloud preferred but not essential)
