What the Role Involves:

Operating 8-12 pallet trucks on metro and coastal multi-drop routes.
Ensuring the safe and timely delivery of temperature-controlled freight.
Providing excellent customer service and representing the CHILL brand professionally.
Performing loading and unloading tasks, lifting packages between 5-20kg as required.
Maintaining compliance with fatigue management, safety protocols, and vehicle checks.

Requirements

Key Requirements:

Australian Qualifications Framework Certificate II or equivalent and at least one year's relevant experience or at least two years' relevant experience.
A valid Valid HR Driver's License and an impeccable driving record.
Physical fitness to handle manual tasks including lifting packages between 5-20kg.
Strong customer service skills and a professional attitude.
Ability to use mobile technology for navigation and delivery documentation.
Availability to work weekends when required.
Current National Police Check and medical fitness certificate.
