Rotating Saturday Shifts (9am-12pm)
New Showroom and Workshop facilities

About you:

A very strong customer service ethic
The ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
Great follow-up skills combined with excellent attention to detail
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Strong sales and negotiation skills
Retail display flair and creativity
High energy and enthusiasm
A passion for four wheel drives
A mechanical aptitude and 4X4 experience is beneficial. (selling, installing or using aftermarket accessories including Suspension, Fuel Tanks, Bullbars, Canopies, Roof Racks, Spotlights, Dual Batteries and more)
Valid Driver’s license is preferred.
About the Job:

Complete the daily tasks required for store operation and ensure that promised delivery times and quality standards are being met. Including:

Answering sales enquiries both over the counter, by phone, and by email.
Preparing sales orders and quotes for retail, dealer and trade customers
Processing and completing customers’ orders in line with company processes.
Processing POS payment for retail customers, and occasional invoicing.
Communicating with the customers and suppliers’ network to book in vehicles for fitment after parts arrive.
Stock ordering and maintenance in line with company processes.
Monitoring retail backorders and open orders for the branch.
Communicating with the Workshop Manager and Store Manager to ensure that all work involving fitting is completed on-time, in-full and to high standards.
Maintain clean and tidy showroom area with full shelves and current displays and ticketing
Working at special events such as 4X4 shows and open days.
