We’re growing and need a reliable internal sales team member who thrives in customer service and enjoys winning sales.

The Role

As a Internal Sales Consultant/Assistant Store Manager, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers on the phone, by email, and in person.
Your day will include:

Preparing & sending accurate quotes using our in-house system (full training provided).
Following up quotes and securing bookings - your conversions directly contribute to bonuses.
Greeting walk-in customers and handling over-the-counter sales.
Managing customer service enquiries and coordinating with our operations team to ensure jobs run smoothly.
Tracking deliveries and keeping customers updated.
Overall management of the retail store and back-end team.

What We’re Looking For

Permanent Australian work rights preferred
Full time availability (Mon-Fri 8.30am - 5.30pm)
Clear, confident verbal and written English.
Customer service experience (retail, hospitality, call centre, admin, pharmacy etc.).
Enjoys structure, routine, and following processes.
Reliable, detail-focused, and motivated to achieve sales targets.
Confident using computers, email, and Microsoft Office.
(No freight experience required – we’ll provide full training.)
