UGG EXPRESS PTY LTD provides customers with a large range of sheepskin products like UGG boots, sheepskin rugs, etc. We are searching for experienced and enthusiastic Casual Retail Sales Assistants to join our flexible support team in stores and contribute to their success.

Essentially this position will involve:

Maintain a clean store and ensure that merchandise is presented in an appealing manner
Receive and unload new shipments
Keep shelves fully stocked with merchandise
Stay up to date with merchandise, especially new products
Determine customers needs and wants and suggest and display these items
Adhere to company guidelines and procedures
Maintaining an exceptional level of customer service at all times
Maximizing sales opportunities through effective stock management techniques
Receiving, unpacking, and correct placement of stock throughout the store
Collaborating with fellow staff to achieve the above duties and responsibilities

To be successful in this role, you will have the following:

The successful candidate will have previous experiences in Sales, Retail, or Hospitality. You will be flexible to work weekdays, weekends and holidays, be highly motivated with initiative, and looking for career progression. The following skills and attributes will further contribute to your success in this role:

Preferable previous experience within the retail or customer service industry.
Passionate about providing outstanding customer service.
Ability to work unsupervised to a high standard with a willingness to accept responsibility.
Previous experiences in working within a fast-paced working environment.
Humility to work effectively as part of a team within a hopeful and vibrant team culture.
Exceptional attention to detail.
