Job Description

About Us

Gameday Men’s Health Anchorage is a locally owned men’s health clinic focused on delivering high-quality, relationship-based care. We specialize in testosterone replacement therapy, erectile dysfunction treatments, weight management, and peptides, all in a setting designed to be comfortable, approachable, and patient-centered.

We’re a family-run clinic with a strong emphasis on clinical quality, professionalism, and teamwork. Our mission is to help men regain energy, confidence, and vitality so they can show up as their best selves at home, at work, and in the community.

About the Role

We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team as we continue to build long-term provider coverage. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clear protocols, collaborative communication, and thoughtful, patient-focused care.

You’ll have the time and autonomy to practice medicine without the rushed pace of traditional settings, supported by established workflows and physician oversight.

What You’ll Do

Conduct comprehensive new patient evaluations and follow-up visits
Evaluate and manage patients with hypogonadism, erectile dysfunction, and weight-related concerns
Prescribe and manage testosterone therapy and other treatments under physician supervision
Interpret laboratory results and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide clear, thorough patient education and counseling
Perform or oversee injections and in-clinic procedures as appropriate
Collaborate closely with nursing and administrative staff to ensure a smooth patient experience
Maintain accurate documentation and adhere to applicable clinical and regulatory standards
What You’ll Bring

Active Alaska NP or PA license in good standing
DEA registration and ability to prescribe controlled substances (or ability to obtain)
Minimum 2 years of clinical experience (primary care, urology, endocrinology, or related fields preferred)
Strong clinical judgment and comfort working within established protocols
Professional, respectful communication style
Team-oriented mindset with the ability to raise concerns constructively and directly
Commitment to patient safety, documentation quality, and collaborative practice
Why You’ll Love It Here

No nights, weekends, or call
A stable, owner-led clinic with clear leadership and expectations
Time to focus on quality care rather than volume
A supportive, respectful work environment
Opportunity to help shape clinical workflows as the practice grows
How to Apply

If you’re interested in a role where clinical quality, professionalism, and teamwork are valued, we’d love to connect. Please submit your resume and a brief note about what you’re looking for in your next role.
