Permanent Full Time Gardener

Position – Gardener (Queenstown)

Permanent Full Time Position – Guaranteed Minimum 30 Hours

$29 – $34 per hour + KiwiSaver

We are looking for someone with experience in horticulture, especially garden maintenance.

You’ve probably seen us around waving as we drive from property to property. It’s a pleasure every day working in great environments and some of the best locations throughout Queenstown and the surrounding areas.

This role involves skilled garden maintenance and horticultural work across high-end residential and commercial properties.

We’re after someone who takes pride in their work, can think ahead, and wants to be part of a growing business long term.

We require:

- Full manual driver’s licence and ability to confidently drive a Class 1 truck

- A wide variety of horticultural skills including spraying, brushcutting, chainsaw work, ride-on mowing, hedge trimming, and planting work

- Minimum 2 years experience in horticulture or garden maintenance

- Able to work independently and manage day-to-day tasks without close supervision

- Someone we can trust to work alone at times, complete forms, and invoice jobs correctly

- Clear communication skills

- Ability to work well as part of a team

- High productivity and output

- Ability to think strategically and prioritise work to achieve the best results for our clients

- Someone with solid roots in Queenstown who is looking to stay long term

- Happy to work 40–50 hour weeks during the busy spring and summer season
