Medical Receptionist

The Children's Clinic is a seven doctor pediatric group in Anchorage, located behind Providence. We are looking for a full-time receptionist to work in a friendly, upbeat and fast-paced environment.

A brief list of responsibilities include:
*Being the friendly face who greets/completes every patient/family experience at our office
*Checking in/out patients/families
*Scheduling appointments
*Filing in an electronic medical record system
*Processing incoming/outgoing medical records
*Posting charges and payments
*Answering a multi-line phone system

Qualifications:
High school graduate, who is at least 18 years old
Friendly personality, who enjoys working with others
Strong computer skills
Detail-oriented
Able to work independently
Enjoy learning new things
Experience in an office environment
