Job Overview
As a Senior Mental Health Counselor, you will provide comprehensive mental health services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions for a diverse patient population. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with behavioral health needs, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, and guiding patients toward recovery and stability. The ideal candidate is experienced, compassionate, and confident in delivering evidence-based care while contributing to a supportive and team-oriented environment.

Requirements to Apply
Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or related field
Active Alaska license (LMSW, LCSW, Psychologist, LMFT, or LPC) upon hire
Minimum 5 years of clinical experience
Ability to work variable or day shifts based on schedule needs
