RMG Real Estate | Real Estate Trainer

RMG Real Estate is looking for an experienced agent who’s passionate about leadership, mentorship, and helping other agents grow into confident, high-performing professionals.

You’ll continue operating inside the business while helping newer and developing agents strengthen their skills, systems, and client experience.

This is not a “sit in a classroom and teach theory” role.
It’s hands-on leadership from someone actively in the business.

What You’ll Do

Coach and mentor developing agents
Help agents improve sales conversations and client experience
Reinforce systems, accountability, and best practices
Support onboarding and ongoing skill development
Collaborate with leadership to strengthen team performance and culture

Qualifications

3+ years of real estate sales experience
Strong understanding of sales, negotiation, and client service
Passion for coaching, mentorship, and leadership
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Previous coaching or training experience is a plus
