Counter Sales Representative

Front Counter Sales

To identify customer needs and provide suitable fasteners and related hardware solutions, while building and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

Selling Fasteners: Actively selling a wide range of fasteners (bolts, screws, nuts, etc.) to businesses, organizations, and individuals.
Customer Needs Assessment: Working with customers to understand their project requirements and specific fastener needs.
Product Knowledge: Possessing a strong understanding of various fastener types, materials, and applications.
Inventory Management: Assisting with inventory control and ensuring accurate order processing.
Customer Relationship Management: Building and maintaining positive relationships with existing customers.
Other Duties: Assisting with store operations, stocking shelves, and other related tasks as needed.
Skills and Qualifications:

Sales Experience: Prior experience in a sales role, preferably with a focus on hardware or industrial products. Not required will train the right person.
Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Product Knowledge: A solid understanding of fasteners, hardware, and related products.
Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues effectively.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Organizational Skills: Ability to manage time, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
