Small Arms Sales

WEKA Tactical is currently seeking an employee in our retail location to work Monday through Friday.

Your duties in this role are to sell the various tactical equipment we carry, including firearms, accessories and NFA items like suppressors. Many of our items are regulated by the ATF (Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives) which means the employee hired must be able to train and learn to use the various government tracking forms both online and on paper and adhere to rigorously detailed parameters. All training will be included. Additionally, there will be various other minor tasks to take care of throughout your time in the store such as keeping the store and entryway tidy, maintaining the inventory, and stocking.

We're looking for a charismatic person who can be both personable with our customers, and be genuinely helpful with no judgment whatsoever at the counter. Our goal is for every single customer leave our store happy whether they buy something or not. We hope to find someone with the same passion for the Second Amendment as us, someone who shoots consistently, who loves firearms, or someone who is just looking for a way into this professional community.

Requirements:

Must be 21 years or older.
Must be able to pass a drug screening.
Must be available for full-time work during the week. Work schedule will be worked out depending on applicant.
Must have strong references with past work.
Must have strong knowledge of firearms, handgun & rifle systems
Preferred but not required:

Computer Skills, Excel, Adobe, POS Systems.
Prior firearms sales experience.
Prior ATF Compliance experience, i.e. ATF 4473 or various NFA forms.
Prior retail experience.
Firearms & accessories knowledge, Modern Tactical firearms, Suppressors, Optics, etc.
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
