About the Role

As a Booking Clerk, you will provide an efficient appointment service for the Radiology department of Whangarei Hospital. Responsibilities include maintenance of the booking system and participation as an effective member of the Radiology Clerical team.

About the Team/Service/Location

Our Radiology Bookings team is responsible for bookings across all imaging modalities. The team works closely together and support each other to provide a comprehensive service to the Northland population.

About you

Secondary school education to Level 2/Year 12
Administration Experience
Knowledge of Microsoft software including Word and Excel
Good communication skills
General computer skills
Problem solving skills and demonstrated initiative
Whilst not essential, candidates that have knowledge of medical terminology and/or experience in healthcare administration are desired.
