Treeforms Furniture Gallery, one of Alaska’s premier and fastest-growing furniture retailers, seeks a motivated, professional Sales Consultant to join our team. Position Responsibilities:

Engage with guests to address inquiries and offer expert guidance on furniture selection, design, and purchasing decisions.
Develop and maintain comprehensive product knowledge, including an understanding of furniture design and construction across multiple categories, to provide guests with informed recommendations and tailored solutions.
Adhere to our selling process to fully understand and meet each customer’s needs, driving successful sales and happy shoppers.
Schedule and coordinate deliveries using our delivery management platform.
Follow up with clients throughout the sales, delivery, and post-delivery process to ensure complete satisfaction and foster long-term relationships.
Learn and effectively use our retail systems, including PoS, traffic, inventory, and delivery software.
Ensure the showroom remains clean, organized, and visually appealing to create an inviting atmosphere that reflects the quality and style of our products.
Take on additional responsibilities as needed to support store operations.
Requirements:

Ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency with computers and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
Enthusiasm for ongoing training and self-improvement.
