Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM – 5:30 PM | Occasional Saturdays
Compensation: TBD based on experience | Weekly Pay

Criterion General, Inc. is seeking a skilled Finish Carpenter to support an active project in Seward. This role is project-based, with work expected through July, with the opportunity to transition to additional projects in Anchorage for the right individual.

Work is primarily interior commercial construction across a variety of building types.

Key Responsibilities

Perform high-quality finish carpentry work on commercial construction projects
Install doors, trim, base, casing, cabinetry, millwork, and hardware
Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications
Ensure precision in measurements, layout, and installation
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Collaborate with project teams to meet deadlines and quality standards
Identify and address finish-level details and corrections as needed
Follow all safety standards and site procedures
Qualifications

Proven experience in finish carpentry (commercial experience preferred)
Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and finish carpentry techniques
Ability to read and interpret construction drawings
High attention to detail and craftsmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable, punctual, and committed to quality work
Physically capable of working in construction environments
