Job Description
At Northern Smiles Orthodontics, we’re not just creating incredible smiles - we’re creating experiences people actually enjoy. We’re a fast-paced, high-energy team looking for someone who brings great vibes, strong communication, and attention to detail.
No experience? No problem. If you’ve got the personality and drive, we’ll teach you the rest.
Some of the benefits of working for Northern Smiles:
401(k) match
Medical benefits
Uniforms provided
3 different bonus programs
Free orthodontics for you and your immediate family
Never work a weekend
And much more!
Compensation:
$17 - $19 hourly
Responsibilities:
As an Orthodontic Dental Records and Lab Technician, you will play a crucial role in patient interactions.
Patient Engagement:
Associate with patients of all ages in a friendly and approachable manner
Be a primary point of contact for our patients, ensuring a positive experience
Clinical Tasks:
Capture radiographs and photographs as part of the dental record
Acquire digital scans for accurate treatment documentation
Lab Work:
Fabricate retainers and other dental appliances with precision
Work closely with patients to address their needs and concerns
Pay attention to the small details that matter
Qualifications:
Must be 18 years old or older
This position is full-time - because part-time isn't enough awesome
Connects easily with people and communicates like a pro — with patients, parents, and teammates
Can juggle multiple tasks without breaking a sweat (or at least without showing it)
Thrives in a busy, high-energy environment where no two days are the same
Stays cool, collected, and organized — even when the schedule isn’t
Takes ownership of their work and can run with tasks without constant supervision
Bring a positive, can-do attitude that lifts up the whole team
Is ready to learn, grow, and pitch in wherever needed
About Company
We’re a high-energy, supportive team that feels more like family than coworkers. We believe in showing our appreciation through competitive pay, meaningful benefits, and bonus programs that reward hard work and dedication.
Our modern, beautifully designed office creates a bright, welcoming space where both patients and team members feel comfortable and valued. We’re passionate about growth — offering ongoing opportunities to learn, advance, and build long-term careers.
We work a 4-day schedule, Monday through Thursday, giving our team Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays off every week. We also offer complimentary orthodontic care for you and your immediate family, stylish uniforms, and a team-first culture where we start and end each day together.
Most importantly, we love what we do — changing lives one smile at a time.
