Responsibilities

Provide expert styling advice and recommendations to clients based on their individual preferences and current trends.
Conduct product demonstrations to showcase the benefits and features of various items.
Engage in upselling techniques to enhance customer satisfaction and increase sales.
Maintain an organized and visually appealing merchandising display that attracts customers.
Assist in stocking shelves and managing inventory levels to ensure product availability.
Handle cash transactions accurately while adhering to cashiering protocols.
Utilize POS systems efficiently for processing sales and managing customer transactions.
Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when handling customer inquiries or scheduling appointments.
Foster strong communication skills to build rapport with customers and team members.
Experience

Familiarity with basic math skills for handling cash transactions and retail math applications
Strong customer service skills are essential for creating positive client experiences.
Knowledge of merchandising principles will be beneficial in maintaining store aesthetics. Join us in creating memorable experiences for our clients through exceptional styling services!
Must have a valid Alaska hair dressing license and experience with haircuts and color.
Pay: $18.00 - $35.00 per hour
