Licensed Esthetician/Lash Extension Artist

Revive Wellness is seeking a licensed Esthetician with lash extension experience to join our growing team. While additional skincare services are welcomed, we are specifically looking for someone passionate about lash artistry and building a strong lash clientele within a luxury wellness and spa environment.

Job Responsibilities

Perform high-quality lash extension services including classic, hybrid, and volume lash applications with strong attention to detail and guest comfort
Conduct professional guest consultations and recommend appropriate lash styles, fills, aftercare, and maintenance schedules
Provide exceptional customer service and create a warm, luxury guest experience from start to finish
Maintain proper sanitation, disinfection, and infection control standards in compliance with Alaska state regulations
Maintain clean, organized, and professional treatment rooms and workspaces
Educate guests on home care, retail recommendations, and ongoing treatment plans
Maintain accurate guest notes and appointment records within our booking system
Arrive prepared and on time for scheduled shifts and appointments
Contribute positively to team culture and maintain professional communication with guests and coworkers
Participate in ongoing education, team meetings, and training opportunities
Assist with social media content creation including before/after photos, reels, and promotional content when requested
Help support the growth of lash clientele and guest retention through excellent service and professionalism
Opportunity to perform additional esthetic services including facials, waxing, brow services, peels, and skincare treatments if desired and appropriately trained
