Duties

Monitor the nightclub premises using CCTV surveillance systems to detect suspicious activity and ensure safety protocols are followed.
Conduct thorough inspections of patrons and staff to prevent unauthorized access and maintain security standards.
Manage conflict situations with calmness and assertiveness, utilizing conflict management skills to de-escalate disputes quickly.
Respond promptly to emergencies or incidents, providing first aid or CPR when necessary, and coordinating with law enforcement or emergency services.
Enforce club policies related to alcohol consumption, behavior, and entry requirements to promote a safe environment for everyone.
Maintain detailed incident reports, shift logs, and surveillance records accurately for future reference.
Assist in loss prevention efforts by identifying theft or vandalism and taking appropriate action to protect club assets.
Experience

Prior experience in security, law enforcement, military service, or related fields is highly desirable.
Certifications in first aid, CPR, CCTV operation, or law enforcement training are a strong plus.
Demonstrated ability to manage conflicts effectively while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
Familiarity with surveillance technology and loss prevention techniques enhances your effectiveness in this role.
