Central Station Operator

Guardian Security is looking for people to join our Central Station team.

Base pay during training period is $19.00 - after training period team members have an opportunity to earn up to an additional $1.25 / hr in the form of a monthly bonus.

We are looking for people that love working through issues following preset guidelines. We are a Central Station that monitors alarm systems and responds by contacting home and business owners, as well as local authorities when appropriate.

Data entry is a big part of what we do, so we’ll want you to be comfortable around a keyboard. Like to multitask? We love it, and do it all day long. Phone work, alarm handling and data entry make all our daily tasks similar but different enough to be interesting.

Assisting and dispatching our Patrol Officers to assist customers is another one of our roles. Ensuring that the officer reaches the proper destination and providing customers with the findings of that visit are a big part of our daily activities.

All of our employees must pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening, which includes marijuana. Random drug screenings can happen at any time during employment.

Guardian Security is a 24/7 operation, with the possibility that all team members may be needed for a shift not on their normal rotation occasionally. Do you have a flexible and open availability in the event a temporary scheduling is needed?
