Job Description

Job Summary
Looking for a upscale fine dining chef who will have complete menu autonomy, uncompromising sourcing budget, and a well-equipped kitchen. This role is designed for a dedicated culinary craftsman who commands the kitchen from the front lines, takes immense pride in precision execution, and thrives on the energy of a high-volume, premium service. We are looking for an artisanal leader who will shape our kitchen culture from day one, not an administrator who manages from an office.

Lead and supervise all kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure top-quality standards are met consistently.
Develop innovative menus that align with brand standards and cater to diverse dietary needs while maintaining profitability.
Oversee inventory control and food management processes to minimize waste and optimize resource utilization.
Manage staffing schedules, conduct performance evaluations, and foster a positive team environment through effective leadership and mentorship.
Ensure strict adherence to food safety regulations, sanitation standards, and proper handling procedures across all kitchen activities.
Coordinate with catering and banquet departments to deliver seamless large-scale events with exceptional culinary execution.
Monitor kitchen equipment maintenance, manage supply orders, and implement cost-control measures to maximize efficiency.
Qualifications

Extensive culinary experience with a strong background in fine dining, catering, or restaurant management.
Proven supervising experience leading diverse kitchen teams in fast-paced environments.
Demonstrated expertise in menu planning, food production, and food service management.
Knowledge of inventory management, inventory control techniques, and food safety protocols.
Experience with banquet operations, dietary department coordination, and catering services is highly desirable.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage shift operations effectively.
Excellent communication skills paired with a passion for hospitality and exceptional customer service. Join us as an Executive Chef where your culinary artistry and leadership will shape unforgettable dining experiences!
