Field Service Engineer

Qualifications and responsibilities for this Field Service Engineer position include:

2–3+ years of field service engineering experience, preferably with semiconductor manufacturing equipment
Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair semiconductor manufacturing equipment at customer sites
Perform preventive maintenance and support equipment commissioning and setup
Serve as a primary point of contact for customer service inquiries and technical support needs
Document service activity, troubleshooting steps, and parts usage in service management software
Participate in an on-call rotation after training and onboarding, with occasional after-hours support
Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and build strong customer relationships
Bilingual Japanese-English or Chinese-English skills are a plus, but hands-on semiconductor equipment experience is the top priority
Salary: $70,000 - $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
