Flagstaff Equipment Co., a family-owned and operated John Deere and Bobcat dealership located in beautiful Flagstaff, AZ, is seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. Responsibilities:

Perform diagnostics and quality repairs on a variety of equipment, including Bobcat loaders, excavators, John Deere tractors, and mowers.
Install and repair Meyer/Western snowplows.
Carry out maintenance and repairs on small equipment.
Utilize diagnostic tools and troubleshooting skills to assess mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues.
Collaborate with the shop team to deliver timely and efficient service.
Maintain accurate service records and ensure work is completed to company standards.
What You’ll Bring:

Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of verifiable experience in mechanical repair and diagnosis of Bobcat, John Deere, or similar equipment.
Skills: Strong diagnostic and repair skills in mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
Tools & Licensing: Must have your own tools and a valid driver’s license with a clean MVD record.
Education: Graduated auto tech students and apprentices are encouraged to apply—training is available for skill gaps.
