Pay Range: Clear Path To $195,000+ annually (base pay + commission)

Compensation Breakdown:

Hourly: $18-$23 plus commissions
Weekly: $1500 base a week + $5,000-$7,000+ commission
Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 – $2,500 DOE
Earning potential of $195,000+ annually (base pay + commission)

Requirements:

Proven experience as an HVAC technician (senior-level preferred 5+ years)
Strong HVAC troubleshooting skills with knowledge of static pressure, duct sizing, and airflow
Ability to diagnose HVAC system performance issues accurately
EPA certification (required)
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Professional attitude and strong work ethic
