Tenant Improvement Foreman (Night Shift)

Job Summary
We are hiring a full-time Tenant Improvement Foreman to support night shift remodel and construction crews. This is a hands-on role focused on working directly with the team to maintain quality standards and meet project timelines.

Responsibilities:

Work alongside and directly lead crew members to complete assigned tasks safely, efficiently, and on schedule
Execute daily work plans provided by the Project Manager
Report daily progress, hours, and job site updates
Train and support team members on-site
Requirements:

1+ year experience leading remodel/reset crews
Ability to read construction plans
Knowledge of drywall, concrete, fixtures, and painting
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Must have basic tools and be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Willing to pass drug & background screening
Preferred: Forklift & scissorlift experience

Pay: From $24.00 per hour
