We are offering an exciting opportunity to join a well-established brokerage with over 17 years of experience as an Insurance Adviser. This role will support the management and growth of client portfolios across the Insurance and Lending market.

We are looking for motivated individuals with strong technical ability and the right attitude to deliver consistent, high-quality performance.

Key Responsibilities

Provide high-quality client service, including answering enquiries and providing basic advice within assigned authorities
Follow company Advice and Record-Keeping processes to a high standard
Participate in ongoing professional development
Manage client and underwriting communications
Negotiate, place, and process assigned transactions
Follow up outstanding business
Assist with claims administration and service enquiries
Support day-to-day business operations and administration
Actively source and develop new clients
To Be Successful in This Role, You Will Have

Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Word and Excel
(Preferred) National Certificate in Financial Services – Insurance strand
A passion for learning and personal development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
A strong sense of urgency with attention to detail
Ability to use initiative and maintain confidentiality
A valid driver’s licence and your own vehicle
