As a Armed Security Officer Tactical Patrol in Mesa, AZ, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Manufacturing & Industrial, and more. Join Allied Universal as an armed patrol officer at a dynamic manufacturing and industrial location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help reduce security-related incidents, and support personnel with strong customer service and communication. In this role, you will bring an agile, reliable, and innovative approach, work as part of a team, and act with integrity while putting people first every day.

What You'll Do:
Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control activities, and emergency response support at an industrial location.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site leadership.
Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout production areas, shipping and receiving zones, parking areas, and perimeter points, with attention to unusual activity and/or potential hazards.
Monitor entry and exit activity for employees, contractors, deliveries, and vehicles, helping to deter unauthorized access and supporting established post orders.
Support incident response and follow site protocols for medical events, fire alarms, equipment-related issues, and/or other emergency situations that may arise during a shift.
Minimum Requirements:
Possess an armed guard card and/or license.
Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
