Job Description

Safiant Ltd. is currently hiring a motivated and energetic Telemarketing Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential clients, promoting company services, generating leads, and maintaining professional customer relationships.

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to potential customers and businesses
Promote company services professionally
Generate new business leads and follow up with clients
Schedule appointments and maintain call records
Handle customer inquiries in a professional manner
Meet daily and monthly performance targets
Maintain positive client relationships
Requirements

Previous telemarketing or customer service experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Professional attitude and good work ethic
English communication required (Punjabi/Hindi is an asset)
