I am currently seeking three motivated, coachable, and goal-oriented individuals to join my growing team as Financial Advisor Associates. We welcome HLLQP licensed and unlicensed individuals, career changers, recent graduates, remote workers, and retirees who are ready to learn and grow in the financial services industry.

No prior experience is required. Comprehensive training, mentorship, and professional development are provided.

Licensing Requirements

Financial advising is a regulated profession in Canada. Advisors are required to complete the HLLQP (Harmonized Life License Qualification Program) and obtain licensing through their provincial regulator before providing financial services.

Applicants who are not currently licensed must be willing to complete the HLLQP within approximately 1–4 months.

Please note:

HLLQP course enrollment fees are approximately $39 plus applicable taxes
Agent code registration fees are approximately $150 plus applicable taxes
Training, mentorship, and support are provided throughout the licensing process
Responsibilities

Participate in training, mentorship, and team development sessions
Complete licensing requirements (if not already licensed)
Build and maintain client relationships
Educate clients on financial concepts and strategies
Present solutions related to life insurance, savings, and retirement planning
Set and work toward personal and professional goals
Maintain professionalism, ethics, and compliance standards
Qualifications

No experience required
Must be legally eligible to work in Canada
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and coachable
Comfortable working independently in a remote environment
Passionate about helping others and personal growth
Compensation

This is a commission-based opportunity. Income potential is based on individual performance and effort.
