The positionWe are looking for a Member Service Representative to join our team at our Winkler Branch! You should have a self-motivated individual with a positive attitude. Your strong negotiating, decision-making, and problem-solving skills will enable you to effectively assess member needs. You will be an effective communicator and a good listener, highly organized with strong computer skills. You will also possess the confidence to work independently while being a collaborative team member.
As a key player in our Member Services department, you will provide members with a range of services focused on promoting and selling both cash and non-cash deposit products, ensuring all activities comply with relevant policies, procedures, and legislative requirements. This involves responding to inquiries from current and potential members, analyzing their needs, and guiding them to the most appropriate products or services. You will also process transactions efficiently and accurately, and support the overall organization of the branch through various daily tasks.
Salary and benefitsThe salary is based on the qualifications of the selected candidate and will be within the credit union grading system. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided which includes:
