Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing and stimulating environment for young children, fostering their social, emotional, and cognitive development. This role requires an individual who is committed to providing high-quality education and care for children in a classroom setting, ensuring that each child’s unique needs are met.

Duties

Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that promote early childhood education principles.
Create a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment for all children.
Observe and assess children's progress, adapting teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support children's development and address any concerns.
Maintain accurate records of student progress and communicate effectively with families.
Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their curiosity and love for learning.
Incorporate bilingual education strategies when applicable, supporting language development in both English and other languages.
Utilize time management skills to effectively plan daily activities while ensuring flexibility to accommodate children's needs.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred.
Experience working with children in a classroom setting is essential.
Knowledge of special education practices is a plus; experience working with persons with disabilities is highly valued.
Strong time management skills to balance multiple responsibilities effectively.
Ability to write detailed reports and maintain organized documentation of student progress.
Proficiency in computerized systems for record keeping and lesson planning.
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply; proficiency in French or other languages is an asset.
A genuine passion for early childhood education and the ability to inspire young learners.
