Note: This is an in-office role based out of Calgary, Alberta. Relocation assistance provided.

About the role:

Reporting to the North America Marketing Manager, you will be required to produce high impact marketing material across multiple brands. Your efforts will underpin the company’s growth on an international level and build Mader Group’s growing portfolio of assets across a number of industries and markets. You will be required to develop and coordinate marketing strategies that inform, motivate, influence and achieve results.

Your key responsibilities will be:

Support the marketing functions for Mader and new brands as they arise
Develop and implement digital content.
Manage digital advertising channels as required.
Liaise with internal and external parties to execute multi-channel marketing campaigns that reach target audiences and present the company’s culture.
Prepare and analyze marketing data (campaign results, analytics, traffic etc.) to help shape future marketing strategies and direction for business operations.
Identify trends and market conditions to ensure marketing strategies remain relevant.
Coordinate electronic surveys and present results back to management with guidance on measures.
Support the execution of internal and external events as required.
Copy writing and content creation as required.

The perfect candidate will have:

Post-secondary qualification in marketing, communications, public relations, journalism and/or equivalent discipline.
Digital marketing experience is highly desirable but not essential (ecommerce, SEO, SEM, PPC etc.)
Creative skills are desirable but not essential (Adobe Suite skills will be beneficial)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
High attention to detail.
A current Drivers Licence with the ability to travel as required.
Ability to work autonomously and in a team to drive marketing initiatives and projects.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
