Job Description:
As a Shipping, Receiving & Shop Support team member, you will handle the back end of our operations while jumping in wherever needed to keep the shop running smoothly. This is a multi-purpose role perfect for someone reliable who likes variety and takes pride in an organized workspace.

Responsibilities:
Process incoming shipments, check orders against packing slips, and update stock in CRM.
Pack and ship outgoing repairs, sales, and RMAs with accurate labeling and documentation.
Manage inventory: organize stockroom, track levels, and flag low-stock items.
Perform RMA testing on returned electronics and document results.
Answer phones and assist walk-in customers when the front counter is busy.
Handle general labour: shop cleaning, organizing, minor assembly, and helping the bench team.
Support the sales and service team with moving equipment and basic errands.
Keep the warehouse and shop areas clean, safe, and professional at all times.
Local Pickup and Deliveries.

Requirements:
Previous warehouse, shipping/receiving, or general shop experience is preferred.
Basic computer skills and comfort learning CRM.
Strong attention to detail and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Reliable with a positive attitude and willingness to multitask.
Valid driver's license for local pickups.
Full-time (40 hours/week).
