Duties / Responsibilities

Greet customers warmly, determine their needs, and provide personalized assistance with product inquiries and purchases.
Provide excellent customer service, demonstrating product features and benefits to encourage sales.
Operate the point‑of‑sale system and process transactions efficiently; handle customer inquiries or complaints professionally.
Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of rental equipment, products, services, and promotions to assist customers accurately.
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance store performance.
Keep the sales floor organized, stocked, and visually appealing.
Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries.
Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications

Strong appreciation for excellent customer service.
Attention to detail and diligence; able to work efficiently under pressure in a fast‑paced environment.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with diverse customers; excellent oral, written, and phone skills.
Previous experience in retail or sales (preferred but not required).
Knowledgeable with computers and point‑of‑sale systems.
Basic math skills for accurate transaction handling.
A positive attitude and willingness to learn about products and sales strategies.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual, and conscientious, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
Parts knowledge or experience preferred.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Class 5 driver’s licence.
Wage dependent on experience.

Expected start As soon as possible

Part-Time with the possibility of extending into full time.
