Key Responsibilities


Customer Service
Use the Park’N Fly system to check customers in and out in a friendly and professional manner
Ensure that paperwork that supports all cash and credit card transactions is complete
Promote any “added value” services offered by Park’N Fly
Respond to customer concerns in a professional manner and refer unresolved issues to a manager
Maintain a clean and tidy work station
Assist with other duties as required

Dispatch Services
Responsible for the accurate filing of customer keys
Accurately entering vehicle location information into Park’N Fly’s custom software
Working cooperatively with the Lot Supervisor regarding key management
Coordinate breaks for bus drivers and valet attendants on duty
Ensure all relevant charges for additional services are accurately recorded in the system
Assign/dispatch buses to our drivers at commencement of their shift
Answer and clear all incoming calls to the dispatch centre from customers
Run and provide daily reports to the manager on shift

You Provide
Previous customer service experience
Superior communication skills
Strong attention to detail skills
Ability to manage priorities and effective Time management skills
Ability and willingness to work a rotating shift including nights and weekends
