What You’ll Do:

Guide patients through prescribed exercise routines and ensure proper equipment use
Assist physiotherapists with treatments, including applying heat/ice packs and removing modalities
Handle front desk responsibilities: answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and manage data entry
Accurately maintain patient records while upholding strict confidentiality standards
Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment for optimal patient care
What You Bring:

Education & Experience: Kinesiology training or relevant healthcare knowledge, plus 1+ years of administrative or office support experience (healthcare setting preferred)
Communication & Customer Service: Exceptional ability to engage with patients and team members professionally and compassionately
Organization & Multitasking: Strong attention to detail, ability to prioritize, and comfort handling multiple responsibilities at once
Tech-Savviness: Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new patient systems and software
Physical Fitness: Comfortable with the physical demands of assisting patients in a clinical setting
Team Player & Self-Starter: Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
