Job Description
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to support our team with daily office operations. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
Schedule meetings, appointments, and maintain calendars
Prepare and organize documents, reports, and presentations
Maintain filing systems (electronic and paper)
Order office supplies and manage inventory
Assist with data entry and basic bookkeeping tasks
Provide general administrative support to staff and management
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (associate degree preferred)
Previous administrative or office experience preferred
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $18.00-$35.00 per hour
